Headspace Autosamplers

Hyperions offer two different models of Headspace Autosamplers: Hi HSA5000 & HI HSA4000

Following specification applies to Hi HSA4000:
  • Vial qty: 12
  • Heating vial qty: 4
  • Vial volume: 20ml
  • Loop volume: 1ml(0.5ml and 3ml optional)
  • Vial heating temp range: 40℃~200℃, 1℃ increment selectable
  • Valve loop heating temp range: 40℃~220℃, 1℃ increment selectable
  • Sample transfer line heating range: 40℃~220℃ , 1℃ increment selectable
  • Injecting peak area RSD≤1.5% (sample is 0.02% ethanol water solution, N=10)
  • Colourful text display
  • Double-channel simultaneous-starting output communication port

Hi HSA4000 feature:

  • Full-automatic
  • Negative pressure sampling, six-port valve injection, no added-gas dilution affect in vial
  • Automatic big flow hot air back-flush avoiding cross contamination and system residue
  • Embedded motion control system, automatic optimize user program and shorten running time to improve efficiency
  • Multi-sensor self-diagnosis software to real time monitor, power-off protection due to temperature overrange, low pressure alarm
  • Friendly man-machine interface, user can compile parameter easily and store 10 methods
  • Standard gas circuit port and starting signal communication model can work with most GC
